I have a brother. Technically I used to have a brother. In the past we went to the same school and now we're not even in the same country. And also, pardon my amateur English.

Teacher Tengku Ketina!!!

When my brother was having his haircut, which basically means having his head shaved, my mom asked what his teacher's name was. And he answered, you guessed it:
TEACHER TENGKU KETINA!!!

(hehe, a picture from the ABIM blog!)

At first I was gobsmacked by his answer. I didn't know we shared the same English teacher.(she taught me too in 6th grade in 2007)

Teacher Tengku Ketina is the BEST, BEST, BEST English teacher you can ever ask for. Although she is sometimes verrrry strict but she's very, very sweet at most times.

She has the highest standard in grading exam papers among all the other English teachers in ABIM. Which is good, really. How can we, students, really know how good we are in English if we keep getting bonus marks all year round? But that means each of us would have to give full attention in class to even just get a 'B'! We'd have to burn the midnight candle to just get 80%(which is an A, for your information)

Everytime she comes into my class, Teacher Ketina would speak English in the Terengganu slang with a pinch of British accent. Ooohh the sweet old times...

Now she is the HEADMISTRESS of ABIM Sg Ramal Dalam. She has definitely made me proud and I hope I can make her proud next by getting A handful of straight A's in PMR. Amin!
